After 3 days of competitions and 17 matches of Round Robin, Latvia won the 2018 edition of the European Small Federations Games held in Budapest, Hungary.

Runner-up the Croatian Team: Jurica Caric, Dubravko Diklic, Ognjen Stanicic, Vedran Zoric.
And the Bronze medal goes to the hosting country Hungary: Geza Homonnay, Peter Lakatos, Balasz Szegedi, Gabor Winkler.
