A Titled player is a player with any of the EBL or a WBF titles [as of Dec 31, 2024].
WBF titles: WGM (World Grand Master), WIM (World International Master), WLM (World Life Master), WM (World Master)
Please note that Youth World Masters are not included in this list and will benefit of the discounted entry fee.
EBL titles: EGM (European Grand Master), EIM (European International Master), EM (European Master).
Teams qualified to the KO stage of all teams competition containing players who mean to eventually drop in into a pairs or a BAM event, MUST register before the start of the event they want top into. Registration can be done either online (preferably) or at the registration desk, the time limit being 8 pm the day the respective teams qualification ends. Later entries will be accepted only if feasible from the organization point of view, but in no case they will be allowed AFTER the start. Exceptions might be made ONLY to a Semifinal B, and only if there’s an empty spot available, but NEVER in a Semifinal A.

The registration to all events ends at 8 pm the day prior to their start. Registration can be done either online (preferably) or at the registration desk.
The EBL may be tolerant up to 10 pm, but later entries will be accepted only if feasible from the organization point of view.

Certainly yes: there are no limits, since both Pairs and BAM tournaments require a new registration and teams can combine as much as they wish. Yet new players are subjected to an entry fee.
No, it’s not possible as the EBL is charging fee for the whole week package.
